Did you ever get the recipe for the potato bowl?
 
No. But probably just as well now as I've had to start a low carbohydrate diet. I think a nutritionist would call it the Atkins diet. My surgeon (carpal tunnel and other stuff) says I need to go on a meat and low-glycemic vegetable diet. So far so good. I've lost at least five pounds the first week and I'm not hungry. It was really hard to go to an after-function gathering time today and only get a couple pieces of cheddar cheese and not all the cookies and candies and high-sugar fruits.

The sauce might fit into my diet though.
