Hello, I'm recently looking for a tanto/kaiken style stainless steel knife with a wooden scabbard and handle.
But most knife makers I found use carbon steel almost exclusively.
No need for super steel, around 5.5" blade is what I want.
Are there any custom knife makers that meet my condition?
