I have an original Reate District 9 A
I need to know what angle the blade was sharpened at. I don’t want to deal with a 5 degree guess to sharpen it.
I have a spyderco sharp maker that uses 15deg or 20deg angle. I’m not the best gadget sharpener and free style skills haven’t been used in 20 years or more.
It was my edc after losing a tenacious, but wanted something lighter for a change. Got it and lost it so my D9 is back as my edc and needs the blade touched up.
I cut some boxes with it known by that was against my norm = don’t cut anything with a blade that you might have to cut flesh with.
That motto is the only reason my knives stay sharp as from the maker.
I can hit with the D9 as a first course of action and not need to deploy the blade to save my life.
