Prorated membership

I am a current gold member who then signed up to be a platinum member (honestly made a mistake on that, but i'll stick to it to support this wonderful forum), however now my profile reads both gold and platinum.

I am requesting that this be adjusted, asking for the time left in my gold membership to be added onto my platinum one.
