Hello everyone!

After a long time I decided to do a work in progress thread.
I decided to make 2 the same knife. 1 of 2 and 2 of 2.

2 of 2 will stay with me and the other, 1 of 2 goes to one special man as a birthday gift ...
The knife is designed as a purely military knife.
Simple, reliable, nothing fancy but with a touch of elegance ...

I should first make false then the main grind ...

Beautiful. You have a gift. And I may borrow an idea from your belt sander setup (I'd never thought of outline shaping with the sander). Looking forward to seeing the rest.

BORING?! That was freakin' AMAZING! I kept checking this thread throughout the day waiting for the results. They are gorgeous!

That was absolutely amazing. Those are two fantastic knives. All up do you know how many hours it took you?

Chris, I don't know, I haven't counted.
I remember only that hand sanding before HT was 8 hours per knife ...
I worked them slowly, without haste.
