Recommendation? 21 new vs LNIB

I personally would try to buy used if I could find what I wanted that way. CRK's spa treatment can take care of most unexpected issues, so pretty much the worst case scenario (if one is are careful and evaluates seller's photos, feedback and description) is that I'd have to wait the 4-5 weeks for the knife to come back from the spa.

IMO, by buying new from a dealer, one can get the full experience of breaking-in the folder. For me this process is important as it gives me the knowlegde of how the knife fucntions. I would only buy LNIB if I can meet up with the seller and handle the knife in the hands for inspection prior to comiitting.
