Hi Folks

Here is something that has been in the works for more than a year... it's finally finished!

The Gyuto - a western-inspired Japanese blade that can do anything in the kitchen.

A traditional octagonal 'Wa' style handle that's lightweight and faceted at the back. This functional kitchen tool has a tough-as-nails black Micarta bolster up front followed by stripey spacer in G10. The main part of the handle is in lustrous African Blackwood.

This Gyuto is in RWL34 stainless steel, a premium powder metallurgy steel that will hold an edge for ages - a fantastic steel! A fine geometry and is sharpened to 17 degrees at the edge.

From light veggie prep and slicing meat to heavier work like preparing butternut, this all rounder will serve you well. The perfect chef's knife!
