Well actually a day and a half and 11 sheaths later. I'm still waiting on backordered leather so I had to order from another supplier. The knives were backing up and I had to get the sheaths made. Now my shop smells like burnt leather and petrolleum disillates.

Very nice Scott. The stitching looks real neat. How do you sew the sheaths? By machine, double needles etc.? Do you use a drill to make the holes?

Thanks. I drill the holes with a 3/32" drill bit in a dremel. I use the wheel to mark the holes. I use a single needle to stitch.
