Well actually a day and a half and 11 sheaths later. I'm still waiting on backordered leather so I had to order from another supplier. The knives were backing up and I had to get the sheaths made. Now my shop smells like burnt leather and petrolleum disillates. :D

Very nice Scott. The stitching looks real neat. How do you sew the sheaths? By machine, double needles etc.? Do you use a drill to make the holes?

Thanks. I drill the holes with a 3/32" drill bit in a dremel. I use the wheel to mark the holes. I use a single needle to stitch.
