Anyone know anything about "Antler Brand"?

Never heard of that brand but tons of brands did those Case/Marbles/Western/Ka-Bar etc

Possibly made by one of those companies.
 
I have not seen that before, and Googling doesn't offer much info. It looks similar to Western stuff, maybe something they made for someone?
 
Looking at the box, I'd be thinking Japanese 70's - early 80's. When the Japanese cutlery really started to get popular back then, there was a bit of copying of Western Knives, most commonly the 39 skinner, and also Puma patterns.
