the high pressure inside the steel must've built up to a point where the fuller just gave way. When all that pressure released, it blew up my camera and half the town, so unfortunately I have no photos to share. Which is just as well, since all my clothes got blown off in the blast, and you guys don't need to see that...

Glad you're okay. High pressure breaks are the worst.
 
my Carothers delaminated and the edge suffered a ripple too.
