Got a strider AR a few months ago. I wanna get rid of the thumstud and have it replaced with an elongated thumb hole,like the sng and smf. Anyone see any drawbacks to doing this? Also I don't like the tiger striping on the blade. I have seen striping that looks very good ,but mine looks like crap. Would like to get the blade recoated and re striped. Anyone know who could do these mods for me. Thanks.
