Well the big brother to my EDC knife at least. Thanks to another forum member here, I was able to add another member to my little Carothers knife family :D. The count is now up to 2! I've been wanting one of these for a little bit now, and they are not exactly easy to come by so I jumped at the chance to buy a new/unused Delta 3V Field Knife. It happened to have the same scales as my D2 EDC which I thought was pretty cool. I'm really happy with these two, feel like I have a good mix of options for the type of knife use I would come across.

Well done 425. I think I know that FK which I guess came from the JJWeb's large stable of Carothers :D

Looking good! I like the "4th finger" paracord loop on the EDC.

These blades are amazing. I'm jealous of your D2, I wasn't able to snag one, but hopefully I can land a 4v
...and hopefully find someone to relinquish their D2 as well.

Thanks everyone for the comments, is it bad that I just want to go out in the woods and start chopping things up with the knives?! :D

I also like the idea of that pinky finger loop for added security and longer leverage when you need to choke back

I can't speak for Nathan but I can only imagine that he would definitely welcome and encourage you for wanting to rush out to use his marvelous cutting tools because he has too many namby-pambies, likes your truly, who just like to look and marvel at his marvels :D

I bet if I took these out in the woods for a couple hours and put them to use, I could come home and wash them up, and they'd still look like new. So well built, and I know the steels used can take some pretty good abuse without even flinching.

I have at least 20 that will be used strictly for looking at with an ocassional fondling. I won't judge!

Ok, well maybe I should just keep them at home then :)

They look so nice, maybe I will join Casinostocks in the namby-pambies club lol

Fournier is the president of the said club wirh ChoiledWeird as the vice-VP. I'm merely the acting treasurer!
