BM saved my blade

I have a BM Bali with a bowie blade.
a while back i busted the tang pin and i feared that it was the end for my blade.

well i took a chance and sent it to BM, and hoped for the best. well as luck would have it they fixed the major problem and a ton of minor ones. they polished it, tightend the handles at the pins, sharpend it and last but not least they replaced the tang pin.
needless to say when i got my blade back from BM it was almost as good as new. my thanks to BM, they are a great knife maker and the have one of the best warrenty dept.
if any one owns a BM bali and they have a problem with it do not be afraid to send it to them they will take really good care of your blade. thanks for listening to my tale, Eddie
 
Get this... I have an original Bali-Song USA that I bought in 1981. I emailed them last year to see if they would fix anything that went wrong. They said 'no problem! We'll fix it!'

Now that's what I call a company. I can't wait for the BM42 to come out. The whole 'blade swap' thing is just way too cool. I wonder if they'll make me a kris blade?

everytime I hear about the Customer Service stories of BM I am always moved to tears.. and wonder what's up with their Quality Control in the fiirst place.
