Which one would you purchase, and why?
Strider G10 Handle Ats34
Bob Lum Titanium Handle Ats55
Similar MSRP.

The Buck/Strider for several reasons. I'm not a fan of Spyderco liner locks. The Ti scales on the Bob Lum wouldn't provide enough purchase for my hands in a tactical/sweaty application. The size. And last but important as well, I will trust a Strider blade immensly.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the Spyderco Lum Tanto now have G-10 scales on it?

I've heard that ATS-55 is significantly inferior to ATS-34 when it comes to edge holding. Some people just hate the stuff. I'm not sure where I heard this, so you may want to do a search on ATS-55.

I had a Buck strider and sold it, but I still have my Lum Tanto. I like it, it just feels right to me, and it looks great. Also the blade is different.

I have no other opinion about this case but ATS-55 is not wery much lover quality steel than ats-34. Edge holding difference does exist but is small IMO.
