I recently picked up a Buckmaster 184 and when I got it home realized the sharpening stone is no longer glued into the sheath. I sent an email to buck asking what type of glue they recommend, but haven’t heard back. So I thought I would ask here…. Anybody been down this road? Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

I’d say any epoxy. Devcon 2 ton or Gorilla Epoxy should hold it there for life.

Those I saw that had come adrift on the M9 had what looked to be silicon sealant holding them in.
Hope this helps.

3M 5200 black. It will stick to the plastic sheath and the stone and remain just flexible enough to combat any bumps and knocks. Scuff up the plastic case first with some sandpaper (80 grit) and read the directions!
