Canadian Wolf Cubs knife

Found this version of the cub scout knife it has no emblem on the handle

So I’ll ask, are the “Wolf Cubs” Canada’s Cub Scouts?

Yes they were but I am not up on whether or not they still exist. The knife though seems top be hard to find even in Canada.I just was curious if anyone out there has one.
