Care for the Leather Sebenza Pouches?

I just picked up a tan leather belt pouch from Reeve Knives. Not knowing much about leather I was wondering what everybody uses to condition / care for the leather? I got the tan so I'm after something that darkens as well... Also any general care tips as well.. Thanks.

I just hit it right away with Lexol. It is a liquid leather care product. Darkens the tan into a light chocolate brown. Fine with me, and keeps it from absorbing other oils from your hands and such. I didn't want it getting splotchy.

I coat my leather sheaths with either Johnsons Paste Wax or Renaissance Wax. Either one will darken the leather a bit. Birchwood Casey makes a gun stock wax that is good for leather. This is a liquid and found in gun shops or at Wal Mart in sporting goods. It will also darken.
