I knew it was close when all my Hortons spun and faced O'Hare. I hope you don't mind me playing with it for a few days.

Had to use my postal mind tricks. These are not the Hortons you are looking for. Move along.

Congrats Kurt.

Congrats on the wonderful piece of your very own land, Brian!
Hope everyone had a nice Easter.
I did.

Cool. Good times. That frog in woodland. Is out ofstyle. Don't he know. Its all multiglam. Duah. I hate being held up working. By the threat of a huge spinning mass of air. That wants to kill me. Looks like I dodged it today. But I will get a few more chances at cheating death this week. Love spring in Tn

Filip, what are in these mounds?

I hope the answer has nothing to do with your hate of people wearing socks with sandals.:D

Thanks for sharing the pics.

Hold on, J! If the tornado comes, just grab the cleaver blank, it's weight will keep you on the ground.
The frog was awesome, flegmatically sitting in the middle of the road, he let me take the photos without a wink...

Brian, those mounds are ant piles. Formica polyctena. It's a small national park, the forest in there has the highest density of ants in the Czech :D They were just waking up after the winter.
How the hell do you know I don't like wearing socks in sandals?

I had Jeremy's chisel ground Necker and one 4" utility knife from a Czech knifemaker. Elmax steel. The Necker attracted a lot of attention everytime I used it. The Czech knife dinged when I batoned a few soft wood pieces to make some splinters for fire... didn't expect this from such a steel. Heat treat is the thing, I know.

The frog may be out of style, but the girl in the picture wearing sandals with black socks makes up for it. She is a fashion vixen.

Some African pictures for you guys.

Lots of lives were lost after going through this door.

Nice, Cabra! I'd say cool, but I bet it was pretty hot there :D

I see you all are quite concerned with socks in sandals... well, the girl is quite unfashionate as a whole, the socks & sandals just round it off. But still, the hike was fine anyway :D
FYI, I wore my Meindl low trekking shoes all the time
