Hello everyone!
As some of you might have read on FB, I started swimming crawl. Fast as a shark. Today, I'm getting to know some new muscles that have never hurt before.
Went running on Saturday. Wet snow slush everywhere, so I wore cross shoes which my feet weren't accomodated to. Got blisters on heels. Today, I went running again. The blisters burst. So what.
