This SR-101 RMD is a light user with a very sharp convex zero edge. It has a very slight trailing point and is Satin Full Flat Grind. It is .162" thick in front of the handles before narrowing down with Distal Taper. The scales are machined Black Canvas handles. It was lightly used on some veggies and then washed right away so the finish is still nice & clean.
