Douk douk in 14c28,vg10,n690,z70cd15

Does anyone have and use douk douk in any of stainless steels that they offer?How is their edge holding,and how hard are they on RC scale?Have couple in carbon steel but plan to get 1 or 2 in stainless .Love carbon steel versions too,but theyre really soft ,about 53, rc and lose edge fast.
