This knife was designed to filet large and small birds. The blade is ATS 34, 3/16 inch steel 3/4 inches wide. The hollow ground makes this knife very versitile for cleaning and dressing birds. The handle is made of burled teakwood with brass, copper and stainless pins. The top has a vine pattern file design. This is a nice one too, but I like the S.U.C. knife better. Just my personal taste in knives.
