I'm looking to purchase a strong good quaility Filipino sword. Any ideas on what I should get & where to get it from?

Although I don't own any Filipino swords...yet, I have trained in FMA, and my first choice would be a moro barong. The length is close to the sticks I've trained with, and the flared handle really anchors the sword to your hand.
If you do an internet search you'll find some sources for the moro barong (not to be confused with the Barong Tagalog which is worn as formal or business attire in the hot and humid P.I.).

Charlesc, that was an awesome site. I really like their Karambit, having a double edge on it would be nice.
