First Camp knife

This is my first attempt at a camp knife, 01 Bolsters, Cold blued finish, Cocobolo handle. Sorry for such crappy pics. Overall length around 12.5" Thickness 3/16" .

That's really nice. I like the blade shape a lot. Looks very usefull. Great job.:thumbup:
 
Wow, for a first camp knife, I think it's pretty darn good! :thumbup: The one dilemma I find with it is the bolsters - the edges look too squared, which would probably dig into the fingers after a bit. Other than that, it looks really good!
 
Looks good :) You should check out Charles Sauer knives. That reminds me of one of his :) How thick is the stock?

thats the coolest knife I have seen in a while! Round over that bolster and it will be better I think.....Good Job!!!
 
Yes it is a hollow grind. I'll round the Bolsters alittle. I'm thinking about putting it in the For sale section.
