"any more"? I don't think we have ever seen very many of those ever.
 
Exactly, we don't see those at all, period!....any more. :D

Seriously though, I've seen a handful of pictures with them and they don't come up often. I know a couple of guys here have one, but they aren't seen hardly ever!
