Gunner Grips tight fit?

I picked up a set of Gunner Grips at Blade, and they seem reluctant to go onto my Springer. Should I try to file/sand the holes a bit to achieve a good fit, tighten the screws with hardcore pressure on the screwdriver or ???

tique,

A few of my Springers were that way. I just lightly used a file to fit them to the bushings. Be sure and post some pics once you have them installed.

Thanks,

Here is my very well worn custom carry 45ACP with a meltdown job. Certainly not a great looker but with all the work in it, it continues to be a very reliable and accurate shooter. Grips of course are the coyote brown Gunners.

More refined undoubtedly is this modified Colt shown wearing a .400 Cor-Bon compensated barrel. That Bar-Sto 45ACP barrel and bushing can be swapped in very quickly :)

I got them put on a while back, I'll try to get some pics up sometime, but it's nothing fancy, plain jane springer, the Gunner Grips are my only mod so far, but they do give it a nice look.
