How To How would i effectively obtain the dimensions of this axe from this photo?

I saw this axe online and thought it was awesome, so i contacted a custom builder but he needs dimensions. Please, help in any form would be loved. Thank you.

Scalewise it looks close to 5.5 x 12 QLI's.

How big do you want it ?
Were someone present that to my workshop, I (or any other skilled Smith) could make a good replica from that pic.
Less than 1/2" tall to 6' plus.

Fair warning, neato engraving is outside my skill. I can do it, but I dont call it good...

Assume the handle profile seen fits a hand - i.e. about 1-1/2" to 1-3/4" wide. Scale from that.
