It's made by Jay DeBoer in Olympia WA. Search hobo nickel in eBay. Lots of contemporary carvers out there today. Antique ones cost WAY too much money but current versions aren't too bad a price.

That is one of the coolest hobo nickels I have seen in a long time! I have always wanted to try to make one.
