good evening hog brethren!!

So I was creeping on Pinterest (I’m not proud of it, but if your looking for woodworking and mental working plans and inspiration it’s the tits) a while back and came across this pic. Looks like some rats and hogs but good god what is the blade below them.. at bottom... looks BUSSEesc.. but can’t find any info on it. Frankly it looks like a moabolo on steroids with a double handle!!
