Just looking to clairify this from the other posts that I've read. The zero edge is edge that runs from the spine to the edge, with no added bevel, right? My question is the Zero Edge just a trademark name for a convex edge or something different all together? Any info will just help fuel the growing addiction:)

Here's how Jerry defined Zero Edge in an earlier post.

"I define a "zero edge" as an edge that has been blended into the primary bevel of the blade and therefore has no definite, visible beginning. It is not simply a convex edge."

I hope that helps.

Cliff mentioned a while ago that one of the advantages of convex edges is that you can sweep the very last bit of the edge a bit more obtuse to increase durability while not sacrificing much cutting efficiency. Pretty cool if you ask me :D

The Zero Edge is too cool....my favorite actually.
