I have a suggestion, why not write a random number generator that goes out and checks each number generated against the server logs to verify and active member?

It would only take a few seconds to run saving alot of time and a huge amount of bandwidth, therby lowering costs for the site.

Then again maybe I missed the point of these contest entirely.
