Recommendation? Kitchen knives

Dexters are OK but you can do far better. However if people insist on running knives through a dishwasher those handles are built to survive it.

Don't get me started on how those ridges collect funk. 🤢
 
The Dexters were given to me many years ago and they've always done well and they are hand washed.
