I have the same question, so I will try to elaborate so you understand.
On the spine of the blade, there is a set of jimping.
The spot that has jimping is a different color.
Is the jimping set made of titanium?

I'm sure he'll chime in with the specifics, but that is an Emerson CQC-10. And it looks like a custom Ti framelock has been added.

Rob's got it right. It's an Emerson CQC-10 that I had converted into a full Ti framelock using 4mm stock, and added standoffs. Nathawut did the work.
