Trout is a great pack-able blade - accommodating handle and thin steel stock - I had to pick another after the 1st. The Thuya wood version has a slightly more dropped spine, A2 and different steel finish.

I've got another Beta with katalox scales. Its beautiful. I'll post pics whenever I get home again.
 
It is such a comfortable knife
It really is. It looks kinda odd but feels great in the hand. I also like the Fletcher. For some reason I was thinking it was real close to the hiking buddy but its a little smaller and thinner which is fine with me. I like all kinds. :)
 
I'm so confused to how many makers there are under the Fiddleback Forge umbrella.
