Recommendation? Looking for a good boning knife

I'm in need of some game processing tools for Deer and chicken. I don't mind having multiple knives for the right job. I really like Cold Steel and Gerber products.

• Fillet - Gerber Controller 6" - like that it has a sheath.
• Boning - Gerber doesn't have a specific boning knife...
  
• Skinning/Gutting - Gerber Moment Field Dress Kit - Thoughts on this one?
• Boning - Cold Steel Commercial Series Stiff Boning Knife (6.00" Satin) 20VBBZ - No sheath
• Skinning - Cold Steel Commercial Series 6" Filet Knife (6" Satin) 20VF6SZ - Sheath.

Just looking for your opinions and suggestions. I need a good boning/fillet knife (want them separate) right away and then I need a good skinning and gutting for later in the season.

Very sharp, and I like the curved shape especially for butchering larger animals, though they do make a straight one.
