Hi all.
I am looking for someone to make what would essentially be a Mora-like knife in CPM3V (or similar steel). Think a Mora Classic 1 but more awesome. The general spec's I'm looking for:
- stick tang
- oval shaped handle (micarta or stabilised timber)
- blade approx 4" long, less than 1" wide and around 3/32" thick
- scandi grind..?
- optimal heat treat at 60+ HRC
- matching sheath.
- willingness to deal with someone in Australia (I have solid history here and have bought dozens of fixed blades without issues).
I am hoping this is a chance to make the most of 3V's toughness and edge stability to make something lightweight and very utilitarian.
