Maine Axe - info needed on Dunn

I Have an axe stamped D.E.T Co. - Oakland, ME...I have found out it is made by Dunn Edge Tool Co. and after googling come to realize they were a huge company in the early years but that is it...If they were so popular and put out so many axes why do I never see them for sale...why cant i find any information...Anyway...I am looking to sell it however I dont know what is fair to ask and I would love to know some history or info behind it...Please share and thank you all!

They were arguably most famous for their scythe blades. I'm actually restoring one of their bush blades for a customer right now. They later became part of the North Wayne Tool Co. which operated up through the early 1960's. Part of Maine's great legacy of axe and scythe manufacturing.
