Makers: Post pics of your knives.

The guys at CKTG have a video of their handle guy burning in the tang for a fit and then epoxying it in once everything cools down. I have done that a time or two with wood hidden handles on tang knives. UNSTABiLIZED wood, obviously. ;)
He does. I can confirm this. I spent 9 days total with Murray and his apprentices in his shop. :)

Great knives everyone. I'll ad to this thread tomorrow. I have a few blades nearing completion that are some of my best yet but those will be a few weeks out yet based on my current projections.

I finished this little fillet knife for myself last weekend. Spent an amazing day kokanee fishing today and got to try it out. It performed incredibly. It's always a good feeling when something you made does its job perfectly. I had plans to get some really good staged pictures. I was sun burnt and had 52 fish to fillet so that didn't really pan out.

Josh81, how about some spec's on that filet knife, like what kind of steel did you use? John
Absolutely. Steel is .070 aeb-l at 62 rc. 6" cutting edge. Let me know if I'm leaving anything out.
