1) Little knife. The cool is the home made micarta handles from an old pair of jeans.
2) Thicker knife for batoning with sheath.
3) Camping knife with fire starter and sheath.

Hard work with a 1x30 grinder and a grinding jig with a bastard file.

Thanks! Heat treatment was straight forward. These knives were made with O1 steel. Heated till non-magnetic, quenched in peanut oil then in oven until straw color. No issues at all. Perfect.

I made this tiny furnace used with a propane torch...
 
Impressive results for first round bladesmithing effort!! I especially like the flowing curve from handle to blade on #1.

Edit to add: The eveness of the grinds & overall fit 'n finish is all the more impressive considering the basic equipment you used. Bravo!
