Need a recommendation on someone to work on a lock-back folder

I had someone ask me if I knew anyone who could work on a knife like this... apparently this is the problem:

"the rivet is slightly indented into the hilt and how the marlinspike (non-blade tool) has side to side play which is mostly what I need fixed. The blade has also occasionally been sticky. "
