New blade finish!

I’m a big fan of textured blade finishes and this one is no exception. While the resulting uneven surface can require you pay slightly more attention to corrosion prevention. The feature is typically visually appealing and gives rise to the knife having its own distinct 3D fingerprint.

I’d like to see it as an option in addition to, rather than in substitution thereof, the current standard stock finish.
