New Fixed Blade?

I saw a picture of what was reported to be a new fixed blade model. It had very little information but appeared to be a "tactical" type pattern designed by Bob Terzuola (sp). Can anyone enlighten us on this? It looked like a Bob T. handmade model for sale at the Cutlery Shoppe here in Boise.
