Wow Gooeytek, how did you treat that 0550? I have a 0300 in the mail, and would love to know... the worn/lightened DLC coating look is awesome (and in my view, yours turned out better than the new blackwash versions!).
 
I use it a lot. Wood, drywall, acoustic tile, shipping boxes, carpet, sandbags, you name it. What I tweaked on it though, was that I ground off little part that hangs down by the ricasso.
