I just got a catalogue from www.sierratradingpost.com yesterday. Though I haven't deal with them, their prices are deeply discounted and they sell good brand names (closeouts, limited numbers and sizes usually).
You find Gore-Tex parkas, silk and merino underwear, hunting clothes, boots, backpacks, folding knives, compasses, 4 season tents etc.

I have found good deals from them in the past and have never had any problems dealing with them. But has mentioned since they deal with closeout items, overstocks, etc. they sometimes run out quickly.

Another good place I have found that has a lot of great prices is The Sportsmans Guide. I have done a lot of business with them and they have great personnel and ship fast.

You should also check out www.campmor.com their selection is huge and they usually have good prices. Also try www.rei-outlet.com they don't have as big a selection, but incredible prices.
