Pivot Adjusting Tool For U.S.A. Outbacks??

Hello Folks,
Been quite awhile since I said anything on here but I need some help.
What tool do I use to adjust the double hole pivot screw on U.S.A. Schrade Outbacks?
You know the SG7,SG7S,and SG8 lock backs. Help please!
