Here's my setup... a heat treated piece of steel with a precision .1875" hole to index from. I use a reamer that matches the hole size... run the mill with the quill down so the reamer floats in the hole and clamp the blade. After that the pivot hole is indexed and I change the reamer to a 5/16" bit to drill out the pivot. The pliers hold the pivot and keep it from spinning.

I'm also simulating a rotary table with this method, it works very well for concentric holes...

I use the cordless drill and precision drill bit blank to turn down the G10 inlay... turn it fast and check a ton so it just fits.

Done! That's a smudge of oil, not a scratch! I mirror polished it but like the satin better with G1O.

I made one with marbled carbon fiber too... I have 2 RF3 flippers started in black and white with full length backspacers and frame sides.
 
Details added... I was posting pics from the phone so it took me a while to get the details up. I hope this is interesting and might help someone out.
