Don, you may be the only guy I know that can pull of a thread with the phrase "premium flaming crotch" in it and not catch hell...


Great stuff, man... wish they were just a bit longer (here I am opening up myself to it - go ahead, although it's just as easy as the flaming crotch thing was! : ) )

Guys, although the super premo stuff is gone,

I still have around 40 blocks of the other really good Black Walnut burl, for $10 per block shipped for 4 blocks or more.

not only is it "pretty" its very dense, tough, especially for walnut. Ive used it on 20+ knives and had very good results.

Unlike most walnut, its not too soft for a durable handle that will hold up.
