Sal, I'm fortunate enough to have a 1/2 Serrated and fully serrated Ti handle Police and I have a question about them?
The fully serrated model has a small divot in the smaller teeth towards the back of the blade. It's all new and not a reserrated or resharpened edge. It looks like someone just wiggled the blade or hit the grind wheel momentarily a second time during the original sharpening. Have you seen this before and is it worth sending it in to be reground or should I leave it as is?
The 1/2 serrated has a weak spring lock. I meet two men (previous collector #003 and a man with a very nice prototype ceramic dive probe and prototype meerkat) and they had two used 1/2 serrated models that had the exact same weak spring. Also, the finishes on the handles look similar but the 1/2 serrated is more of a "shiny orange peal" than a bead blast. Are all like this or just the few I have seen?
