Ran into a khukri lover in Seattle

I was in Seattle at a used bookstore and while checking out\talking to the owner I noticed a small khukri hanging on the wall behind him. I mentioned it and we had a little conversation about it. His wife is a belly dancer and he had been on a trip with her and her group in Nepal. He said while all the belly dancers were in a market buying textiles and jewelry, he came across the khukri and picked it up.

He also said travelling with a group of belly dancers is not bad, not bad at all.
 
Sounds like a good life to me! Nepali Belly dancers? Thats a new one to me? Hmmm? Just when you thot you had life figured out?
 
I believe there is more of a story here than what may want to be told....but I can keep a secret, you know.......
 
I'd love to tell the rest of the story, but, well you know the rest.

Seriously, it was the beginning of a great story but the store was crowded and that was as far as we got.
