S30V Framelock

Titanium and S30V Linerlock
This is my design, all work done by me including HT in EvenHeat.

Blade: 1/8 S30V, 3.125 tip to handle, hollow ground on 8 inch wheel, HT and cryo to 59-60 RHC.
Handle: 0.90 Titanium, anodized blue
Lock: Titanium, anodized blue
Backspacer: Black micarta
Thumbwheel: Titanium, turned from rod
Washers: Nylatron

Lock face is titanium nitride plated to reduce wear and sticking.

This locks up tight, no up/down or side/side play. Smooth opening. Tension can be adjusted by owner. Knife is only 3/8 thick, overall length is 7.75 inches.

That is a great looking knife!!! I like it.

Um, that is a liner lock, not a frame lock.

TKC you are correct. It is a liner lock. I purposely listed it as a frame lock to see how long it would take for someone to notice.
Actually I just had a senior moment and screwed up. I'm glad you like it. This is a new design for me. I think the blue anodizing really helps the overall appearance.
